This Privacy Policy explains how Novic("I", "me", or "Novic") handles your personal data when you visit https://novic.inor engage my services. I follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

What I collect

I only collect what I actually need:

• Information you give me: your name, email, phone number, and any message details when you message me on WhatsApp, call, email me, or book a call. This site has no contact form, so nothing is collected from you automatically when you get in touch; it goes straight to me through whichever channel you chose.
• Project information: business details, content, images, and logins you share so I can build or manage your website.
• Usage & analytics data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected automatically via cookies and Google Analytics (see "Cookies" below).

How I use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide a quote.
• To design, build, host, and manage your website.
• To send project updates, invoices, and support replies.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

I do not sell your personal data, and I don't send marketing messages you didn't ask for.

This site uses cookies, small files stored on your device. Essential cookies keep the site working, and analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) help me see which pages are useful. Who I share it with

I share data only with trusted providers who help me run the business, and only as far as needed:

• Hosting and domain providers that store your website.
• Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics.
• WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to message me there.
• Where required by law or a valid legal request.

Some of these providers process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, it's handled under that provider's own safeguards, such as Google's standard contractual protections for Analytics data.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and project data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required for tax and legal records. When it's no longer needed, it's deleted or anonymised.

How I protect it

I use reasonable security measures, including secure hosting, SSL/HTTPS, and access controls, to protect your data. No online service can be 100% secure, but I take your information seriously and limit who can access it (just me, in most cases).

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can ask me to:

• See what personal data I hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
• Delete your data, where there's no legal reason to keep it.
• Withdraw consent you've previously given.

Children

This website and my services are meant for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, the age of consent under the DPDP Act.
