Your plan & pricing
Based on that call, I put together a clear plan scope, timeline, and pricing agreed together, right there on the call.

Demo preview
Within about 2 days I share a demo site so you can see the look and feel the design, layout, and a few key features. It's not the finished site, just enough to know you'll love the direction.

We build
Once you approve the demo, your timeline starts and I build the real thing internally, on the terms we agreed.

Delivered on time
Your finished website is tested, launched, and delivered within the agreed timeline.

What we agree on together
Everything laid out simply, so we're both clear from day one.
Scope of work
Each project is defined by a written scope the pages, features, and deliverables we agree on before starting. Anything beyond that scope is quoted separately so there are no surprises.
Pricing & payment
Pricing and payment terms are discussed and agreed together on our call, based on exactly what your project needs. You see a demo before any money changes hands: 50% falls due once you approve it, and the balance before your site goes live. Everything is confirmed in writing before we begin no hidden costs, no surprises.
Timeline
First I build a demo website usually ready in about 2 days, so you can see the direction. Once you approve it, the project timeline officially starts. Delays caused by late content or feedback may extend it accordingly.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Reasonable changes are always accommodated; major scope changes are quoted separately.
Ownership
Once final payment is received, you own your website and its content fully. Hosting and domain are registered in your name where possible.
Ongoing support
Optional monthly care plans cover updates, hosting, backups, security, and support. Without a plan, future changes are billed hourly or per task.
